Wynberg Allen school teams reach semi-finals of Invitational girls inter school basketball tournament<\/p>\n

Mussoorie, Aug 7<\/p>\n

The host Wynberg Allen school teams have reached the semi-finals of the \u00a0Wynberg – Allen Invitational Girls Inter-School Basketball tournament 2022 being played in Mussoorie.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe following matches took place in the in the quarter finals in the Wynberg – Allen Invitational Inter-School Basketball tournament 2022 for the girls on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The first match of the day was played between the Wynberg- Allen School Team A Mussoorie and the Ecole Global School, Dehradun in which Wynberg-Allen School defeated Ecole Global School by a score of 30 to 19.<\/p>\n

In the second match of the day St. Joseph\u2019s Academy, Dehradun defeated Woodstock School, Mussoorie by a score of 55 to 12.<\/p>\n

The invitational basketball tournament for girls is being hosted by Wynberg-Allen School, Mussoorie in which sixteen schools from Mussoorie, Dehradun and neighbouring areas are taking part.<\/p>\n

A quater-final match in the Wynberg Allen Invitational girls BasketBall Tournament played in Mussoorie on Saturday.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The other match of the tournament was played between the Army Public School and St. Judes\u2019 School, Dehradun. Army Public School won by a score of 46 to 13.<\/p>\n

The last match for the day was played between Wynberg- Allen School Team B, Mussoorie and Unison World School, Dehradun. Wynberg Allen defeated Unison World School by a score of 26 to 9.<\/p>\n

Himanshi, Aakriti Subedi , Hiranya, Manskit Dolkar from Wynberg- Allen School, Aanya from St. Jude\u2019s School, Ani Sehgal from St. Joseph\u2019s Academy, Dehradun Priyanka, Twishi from the Army Public School Clement town, Diya from Woodstock School, Mussoorie scored a number of baskets for their team.<\/p>\n

The four teams who made it to the semifinals are Wynberg-Allen School (Team A and team B), St. Joseph\u2019s Academy Dehradun and Army Public School Clement town Dehradun. Semifinal matches will be played on Sunday.<\/p>\n
