Indo-Norwegian Information and Cultural Forum Honors Padma Shri Dr. Sanjay in Oslo<\/p>\n

The Indian-Norwegian Information and Cultural Forum organized a special event on the occasion of Hindi Diwas in Norway. During the ceremony, Forum President \u00a0Suresh Chandra Shukla announced the conferring of the prestigious \u2018Spiel Sanskriti Samman\u2019 upon Padma Shri Dr. Bhupendra Kumar Singh Sanjay for his outstanding contribution to culture and literature.<\/p>\n
In his address, Dr. Sanjay captivated the audience with the recitation of his self-composed poem \u201cViksit Bharat Dhyey Hamara\u201d. Through his verses, he appealed to the Indian diaspora to actively contribute towards realizing the vision of Viksit Bharat, an initiative spearheaded by Hon\u2019ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, thereby strengthening their bond with the motherland.<\/p>\n
The event also featured an insightful talk by Dr. Gaurav Sanjay, who shared valuable tips for maintaining good health and preventing accidents. He highlighted the importance of proper lighting in homes, installing stair railings, ensuring non-slippery bathrooms, consuming calcium and vitamin D-rich diets, and engaging in regular physical activities. He also urged extra caution during snowfall to prevent slips and hip fractures, noting that such injuries are common but potentially life-threatening.<\/p>\n
The celebration witnessed enthusiastic participation from the Indian-Norwegian community, representing diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds including Hindi, Urdu, Telugu, Tamil, and Punjabi. Attendees warmly welcomed and felicitated Padma Shri Dr. Sanjay, appreciating his significant contributions and inspirational message.<\/p>\n
