Shardul Thapliyal from Uttarakhand will showcase his talent at the upcoming Asian Skii Mountaineering Championship to be held in China. An emerging star in the field of skiing, Shardul is a final-year B.Tech Civil Engineering student at Graphic Era Deemed University. A resident of Bargaon (Joshimath), Shardul will participate in the Asian Ski Mountaineering Championship scheduled to be held in China from March 16 to March 20. Today, Graphic Era sent off its talented student Shardul for the competition in China.<\/p>\n
Chairman of the Graphic Era Group of Institutions, Dr. Kamal Ghanshala, extended his best wishes to Shardul and expressed confidence that he would deliver an excellent performance. He also presented \u20b93 lakh to Shardul for purchasing better skiing equipment. Students of Graphic Era are very excited about Shardul\u2019s participation in this competition.<\/p>\n
Earlier, Shardul won a gold medal in the Ski Mountaineering (Sprint) event at the Inter-University Skiing Championship held at the Central University of Kashmir.\u00a0It is noteworthy that five students from Graphic Era have represented India in the Olympics, and Sneh Rana, a member of the Women\u2019s Cricket World Championship winning team, is also a student of Graphic Era.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
