Experts at Graphic Era discussed human resource analytics, AI-based data-driven decision making, and smart decisions.<\/p>\n
Today, a conference on human resource analytics and AI was organized at Graphic Era Deemed University. In the inaugural ceremony of the conference, the chief guest, IIT Roorkee Professor Dr. Santosh Ragnekar, said that skills like AI and human resource analytics will be important for future careers. He said that correct decisions can be made by understanding data. AI does not eliminate jobs but creates new opportunities.<\/p>\n
Pro VC Dr. Santosh S. Sarraf said that AI and analytics are necessary in human resources so that work remains accurate\u2014for example, salaries are credited on time on the 7th and there are no errors in calculation or analysis due to any reason.<\/p>\n
In this three-day conference, various technical sessions will be organized. During this, topics like human resource analytics, data-based decision processes, employee retention (attrition) analysis, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and AI-based workforce management will be discussed in detail.<\/p>\n
The conference was organized by the Department of Management Studies of Graphic Era Deemed University. Head of the Department of Management Studies Dr. Ajay Pandey, Dr. Girish Lakhera, Dr. Deepa Verma, Dr. Khyati Kapil, Dr. Ratnankar Mishra, other teachers, and students were present in the conference.<\/p>\n
