Sukesh.C.Khajuria urges Prime Minister to Implement Urgent Reforms to Prevent Examination Paper Leaks Calls<\/p>\n

Senior Social and Health Activist Sukesh C. Khajuria has submitted a detailed representation to the\u00a0Prime Minister of India, expressing deep concern over the recurring incidents of examination paper\u00a0leaks and recruitment examination scams that have surfaced across the country in recent years.<\/p>\n
In his representation, Khajuria highlighted that repeated paper leak scandals involving recruitment\u00a0tests, competitive examinations, and major entrance examinations, including NEET, have severely\u00a0undermined public confidence in the fairness, transparency, and credibility of India\u2019s examination\u00a0system.<\/p>\n
He noted that over the past several years, numerous incidents reported from different states have raised serious questions about examination security, institutional accountability, and the effectiveness of safeguards designed to protect the integrity of public examinations.<\/p>\n
According to Khajuria, repeated cancellation of examinations, delays in recruitment processes, and\u00a0 allegations of corruption have caused immense mental stress, uncertainty, and financial hardship to\u00a0lakhs of students and unemployed youth who dedicate years to preparing for these examinations.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe recurring examination scandals have now assumed the character of a national crisis. They not\u00a0only demoralize deserving candidates but also weaken public faith in merit-based opportunities and\u00a0the institutions entrusted with conducting fair examinations,\u201d \u00a0he stated.<\/p>\n
Khajuria also referred to the High-Level Expert Committee constituted by the Government of India in\u00a02024 under the chairmanship of former ISRO Chairman K. Radhakrishnan to recommend reforms\u00a0aimed at strengthening the public examination ecosystem. He urged the government to implement the committee and it\u2019s recommendations in a time-bound manner and ensure periodic public disclosure of the progress made.<\/p>\n
In his appeal to the Prime Minister, Khajuria proposed several key reforms, including:<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Constitution of a high-level independent national committee or judicial commission to\u00a0investigate recurring paper leak incidents.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Introduction of a robust centralized digital security framework for major examinations and\u00a0recruitment tests.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Stronger anti-paper leak legislation with stringent penalties for offenders, including officials,\u00a0institutions, and organized criminal networks.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Establishment of transparent accountability mechanisms for examination-conducting\u00a0agencies.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Adoption of advanced technological safeguards such as encrypted paper transmission\u00a0systems, AI-based monitoring, and real-time audit mechanisms.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Formulation of a National Examination Integrity Policy to ensure uniform standards of\u00a0transparency, fairness, and security across the country.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Immediate implementation of the recommendations of the High-Level Expert Committee on\u00a0Public Examination Reforms headed by K. Radhakrishnan.<\/p>\n
Emphasizing the importance of safeguarding the aspirations of India\u2019s youth, Khajuria stated that\u00a0competitive examinations and recruitment processes serve as the foundation of millions of careers and futures and fool proof, robust, transparent and fair system should be in place.<\/p>\n
