Avlok Dobriyal becomes Ultimate Champion at Amazon Web Series (AWS) Jam competition at Graphic Era University

Students solved challenges related to Cloud Computing, Generative AI, Machine Learning, DevOps, and Cyber Security in a competition organized under the name AWS Jam at Graphic Era University, here today. Avlok Dobariyal secured the first rank on the leaderboard. For this, he was given the title of Ultimate Champion.
The Amazon Web Services Jam (coding competition) was organized to assess students’ talent related to Cloud Computing and Aiat the university. In this competition, more than 1000 students from Graphic Era’s Dehradun, Haldwani, and Bhimtal campuses participated.
On the AWS platform, students demonstrated coding, strategy building, and quick decision-making skills to solve problems related to Generative AI, Machine Learning, DevOps, and Cyber Security. In the competition, securing first place on the leaderboard, Avlok Dobariyal became the Ultimate Champion, Anshul Rawat won the title of Creative Pioneer, Harshit Suyal was the Pathbreaker, Ansh Karki became Excellence Prodigy, and Ahmed won the Emerging Star title and cash prizes.
This coding competition was jointly organized by the Computer Science and Engineering Department of Graphic Era Deemed University and Amazon Web Services. The competition was attended by the University’s Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Santosh S. Sarraf, Dean of International Affairs Dr. D. R. Gangodkar, Head of Computer Science and Engineering Department Dr. Anupam Singh, AWS Instructor Nidhi Seth, AWS Coordinator Dr. Akanksha Gupta, and Piyush Agrawal along with teachers and students.
