Ankita Nyaya Manch ask CM Dhami whether he stand with family of Ankita Bhandari on the issue of grant of govt. medicine tenders to family firm of accused

In the light of the disclosure that the family firm of the accused Pulkit Arya in the Ankita Bhandari murder case has been given government tender by the state BJP government, the Ankita Nyaya Yatra Sankyut Sangharash Manch has asked the Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and state BJP government whether he stand with the family of the deceased Aknita Bhandari or not.
A meeting of the Manch held here today decided to send a letter to Uttarakhand Chief Secretary Anand Vardhan, demanding that firms and companies owned by the family of Ankita Bhandari’s killer, Pulkit Arya, be blacklisted from government tenders and contracts.
Kamala Pant, convenor of the Manch stated that it is tragic that while Ankita Bhandari’s parents are running around government offices to get water, the Uttarakhand government is awarding a contract to supply medicines to Pulkit Arya’s father and brother.
The Forum has demanded that all firms and companies owned by Pulkit Arya’s father, Vinod Arya, brother Ankit Arya, and mother be blacklisted from government tenders and contracts by the Uttarakhand government.
The meeting also decided that if the administration did not take immediate action, the forum would outline a movement. A demand was also raised to provide basic amenities to the affected family. It was also decided that a delegation would meet with the administration within a day or two in this regard.
