The status of Graphic Era Deemed University has risen further in the central government’s list of India’s best universities. This time, Graphic Era University has entered the Top 50 universities, securing the 48th rank among institutions across the country. It is the only university in the state to achieve the distinction of being included in the central government’s Top 100 universities list for six consecutive years. Following the government announcement of its 48th rank nationwide, celebrations began across the university.

With excellent placements and a series of remarkable achievements in research and innovation, Graphic Era’s excellence has once again been recognized by the central government. The Ministry of Education today released the NIRF Ranking 2025, in which Graphic Era Deemed University has been ranked 48th among universities nationwide. Last year, the university held the 52nd position. The overall ranking of Graphic Era Deemed University has also improved this year, rising to 72 from 79 last year.

In the NIRF Ranking 2025, Graphic Era has also secured 52nd rank among India’s top institutions in the field of Engineering. For Management studies, Graphic Era has achieved 52nd rank this year, up from 59 last year, reflecting the university’s improved performance. Following the announcement of its higher position among India’s Top 100 universities, celebrations began on campus.

Sweets were distributed, and students expressed their happiness through dance and music. Upon arriving at the university, teachers and officials showered Founder Chairman Dr. Kamal Ghanshala and Vice Chairperson of Graphic Era Group of Institutions Dr. Rakhi Ghanshala with flowers to mark their joy.

With state-of-the-art laboratories, outstanding placements, pioneering research, and world-class faculty, the university continues to uphold its legacy of excellence. This year, Graphic Era Hospital and Medical College have also set new benchmarks, demonstrating their unique capabilities. During the ceremony, Chairman of Graphic Era Group of Institutions Professor Dr. Kamal Ghanshala addressed the teachers and students, congratulating them on the university securing a position among the Top 100 universities for the sixth consecutive year and achieving a higher ranking than before. Dr. Ghanshala stated that aligning education with industry needs and integrating state-of-the-art technology in laboratories has led to new placement records and a continuous stream of pioneering research, contributing valuable knowledge to the world.

Dr. Ghanshala added that this improvement in ranking reflects the high quality of education at Graphic Era Deemed University, industry-aligned course design, record-breaking placements, and a highly qualified faculty from India and abroad.
