Training program on teamwork at Graphic Era University

A training program was conducted for non-teaching staff on efficiency, coordination, communication skills, teamwork, emotional balance, and administrative competence at Graphic Era University, here ttoday.

Addressing the valedictory session of the five-day Executive Development Program ‘Samanvaya’ at Graphic Era Deemed to be University, the Chief Guest, Deputy Director at Akashvani, Dehradun, Sakshi Singh, said that clear, positive, and sensitive communication forms the foundation of any institution’s success. She emphasized that mutual respect, cooperation, and courteous behavior are the hallmarks of a strong work culture.

Pro VC of Graphic Era Deemed University, Dr. Santosh S. Saraf, stated that every individual plays an important role in the progress of the institution through their small yet meaningful contributions.

During the five-day training program, participants were trained on various important aspects such as professional behavior, teamwork, reliability, workplace conduct, emotional balance, self-awareness, and workload management.

The program was jointly organized by the Department of Personality Development and the Human Resource Development Centre of Graphic Era Deemed to be University.
