A 20 members’ first batch of ‘Adi Kailash’ package tour being organised by Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam (KMVN), will begin from May 8,this year. The pilgrims will gather at Haldwani on May 7 and begin their pilgrimage to ‘Adi Kailash’ and ‘Om Parvat’ from May 8 from Haldwani, Vineet Tom,ar, Managing Director of KMVN said. After reaching at base camp Dharchula on May 8 for night stay, the pilgrim’s batch will visit Nabhidhang for Darshan of ‘Om Parvat’ on 11th May and on 12th they will go for the Darshan of sacred ‘Adi Kailash’ peak at Jolingkong.”After staying at Bundi camp while returning, the batch will reach Chaukori, on May 13, and Almora on May 14th and will end it’s journey on 15th after returning to Haldwani.” The 7 nights and 8 days package tours will have Jageswar temple enroute to ‘Adi Kailash; and will visit to Patal Bhuwneshwar cave and Kainchi Dharm, while returning bavk to Haldwani ,”said the KMVN MD.
The package tours to ;Adi Kailash; this year will have 10 batches in the first phase this year till June 12.” The second phase of package tour to ‘Adi Kailash’ will begin from first week of month of September this year,” said the KMVN sources at Nainital.
