Priyanshi Rawat, the topper of the matriculation examinations conducted by Uttarakhand Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Ramnagar, a student of Government Inter College,Gangolihat in Pithoragarh district has obtained hundred per cent marks creating a record. Priyanshi obtained 500 marks out of total 500marks.
Priyanshi, a student of GIC, Gangolihat, is resident of Berinag town of Pithoragarh district. Her elated and proud father Rajesh Rawat said that Priyanshi is found of acting. “ she performed the role of Lord Rama in the all women’ ‘Ram Lila’ staged at Berinag. Her mother Rajni Rawat is a teacher at Sadhna Public School, Berinag. Priyanshi who wanted to became an officer of the Indian Air Force (IAF) said that she used to study for 4 to 5 hours after school hours on daily basis.
