The attack resulted following allegations of teasing of a minor girl by the accused Muslim barber, who has since absconded. The incident of teasing reportedly happened two days ago.
The right wing Hindu groups today took out a procession in the market and attacked and ransacked the shop owned by the Muslim barber in the presence of police personnel.
