Uttarakhand Health Secretary celebrate Rakshabandan with Graphic Era volunteers at Uttarkashi

Uttarkashi, August 9 Uttarakhand Medical and Health Secretary Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar reached out to the doctors, nurses and workersvengaged in disaster relief work and had them tie Rakhis to celebrate festival of Rakshabhandan, today at Uttarkashi. The Health Secretary ensured that these female workers and nurses should not feel the absence of home during the festival.
At the medical camp being run in Matli by Graphic Era Hospital for disaster victims, Medical and Health Secretary Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar inspected the camp. There, Dr. Rajesh had Rakhi tied by Dr. Ankita Tomar and nursing staff Nirmala Sahi, who were engaged in treatment.
Two teams from Graphic Era Hospital today conducted health camps at the ITBP Centre in Matli and at the airstrip in Chinyalisour, providing health check-ups for the injured and for employees engaged in relief work. The teams from Graphic Era Hospital, with the help of the local administration, are continuously treating the injured through health camps at these two locations and are facilitating the transfer of injured persons to higher medical centres.
