Uttarakhand has taken several hard decisions: Dhami

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has claimed that his government has taken several hard decisions in the interest of state to make the state number one in the country.
Addressing a public rally after inauguration a ‘Sahkarita’ mela, in DS Bisht ground here today, Dhami said that his government runs by taking firm decisions aand not on fake narrations.
The Chief Minister further claimed that to make the future generation modern and culturally aware, his government has taken decisions against ‘Love Jihad’, ‘Thook Jihad’, Anti- conversion law and laws to prevent illegal occupation of lands and closed ‘Madarasas’, that were being used for other purposes than education.
“We will continue to take hard decisions in the state irrespective of opposition to these decisions by opposition parties,” said the Chief minister.
“We will not let create terrorist, and ‘Jihadi’ mentality in the state by our education system,” said the chief minister.
The Chief Minister said that by adopting anti copying bill in examinations, his government has so far put behind bars over 100 copying mafias and given jobs to over 4500 youths in the state.
Before reaching Pithoragarh, the Chief Minister visited Munsiyari town yesterday and had tea will armed forces deputed at border post of Milan at Indo-China border village, some 60 km from Munsiyari.
Citing developmental works being initiated by his government in the border district, the Dhami said that a medical college being built at a cost of Rs 750 crore worth is coming up speedily in Pithoragarh and the patients from the district would not go outside for specialist medical treatment. “We will soon expand Pithoragarh airport with a cost of Rs 450 crore to make it land 70 seater aircrafts, “said the Chief Minister.
