A Faculty Induction Program has commenced at Graphic Era to familiarize teachers with modern teaching methods, Artificial Intelligence, and value-based education. The seven-day program will continue for a week.
The Faculty Induction Program, titled Guru Dakshata 2.0, was inaugurated today at Graphic Era Deemed University by Vice Chancellor Dr. Narpinder Singh. Addressing the participants, he said that in the changing academic environment, teachers must continuously keep themselves updated by adopting AI and modern technologies. He added that the objective of quality education is not merely to impart knowledge, but also to develop moral values, innovation, and life skills among students, preparing them to face future challenges.
The Faculty Induction Program has been organized by the Human Resource Development Centre of Graphic Era Deemed University. The event was attended by Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Santosh S. Saraf, Registrar Dr. Naresh Kumar Sharma, and faculty members. The program was hosted by Dr. Bharti Sharma.
