World Tourism Day Celebrated at Graphic Era
Pranjal, Paras and Keshav’s Teams Top the Competitions
Dehradun, September 25: Pranjal, Shaurya and Aryan’s team secured the first position in the Poster Competition at Graphic Era. Keshav won the Presentation Competition, while Paras and Sunidhi emerged winners in the Rangoli Competition.
A programme was organised at Graphic Era Deemed University on the occasion of World Tourism Day. Chief Guest, General Manager of Hyatt Centric, Bikash Gautam said that the hospitality industry is continuously evolving with changing technology. On the occasion, Poster, Rangoli and Presentation Competitions were organised for students on the theme ‘Smart Tourism, Smart Tomorrow.’ In the Poster Competition, Himanshi and Divyanshu’s team secured the second position. In the Rangoli Competition, Piyush and Aditya’s team secured the second position, while Sujal and Suhan’s team stood third. In the Presentation Competition, Abhishek secured the second position and Varun bagged the third position.
The competitions were organised by the Department of Hospitality Management of Graphic Era Deemed University. Department Head Dr. Amar Dabral, Room Division Manager at Hyatt Centric Ramesh Uniyal, along with faculty members and students, were present at the programme.
