Legal experts provided students with insights into the current legal functioning and emerging professional challenges at a Legal Expert Conclave organized today at Graphic Era Hill University. Addressing the conclave, Supreme Court Advocate and former JAG officer of the Indian Army, Major Abhishek Sharma, said that youth must be responsible for their decisions. He emphasized that it is important to understand which opportunities to choose and how to invest one’s full potential and hard work in the chosen path.
Supreme Court Advocate-on-Record Ankita Gautam said that success is not measured only by marks; rather, consistent effort made at the right time leads to real success. She added that for a better understanding of law, it is essential to study case studies and to move beyond self-doubt, pursuing work that brings enthusiasm and satisfaction.
IAFL Fellow and Senior Advocate Anil Malhotra stated that law is not limited to courtrooms alone, but also offers wide career opportunities in corporate, engineering, and business sectors.
During the conclave, discussions were held on litigation, arbitration, mediation, and regulatory practices. Experts informed students about legal career opportunities and the ways law is applied in the real world.
The conclave was organized by the School of Law, Graphic Era Hill University. The event was attended by Head of the School of Law Dr. Vivek Goyal, Advocate Radhika Biswajit Dubey, Advocate Yash Patel, Aditi Karra, Madhavam Sharma, Dr. Manya Goyal, Ankita Jhakmola, along with other faculty members and students. The program was conducted by Stuti Bhandari.
