Dr. Kamal Ghanshala new Chief Warden of Civil Defence

Dehradun, March 6

Renowned academician and Chairperson Graphic Era Group of Institutions Dr. Kamal Ghanshala has been appointed as the Chief Warden of Civil Defence. Director of Civil Defence  Keval Khurana has issued the orders in this regard.

Operating two Universities, four campuses and a grand hospital along with children’s school in Uttarakhand, Dehradun’s Civil Defence Deputy Controller Shyamendra Kumar Sahu informed that the appointment has been done with the approval of Dehradun District Magistrate Sonika.

Dr. Kamal Ghanshala who has made a name for himself by delivering relief to the affected areas during state’s natural disasters and made sure that no person is left hungry during Covid pandemic by providing food to more than 55 thousand needy people. He has made a name for Uttrakhand on the international level in the field of technical education. He has turned thousands of youngsters of Uttrakhand skilled professionals and helped them in achieving heights of success working in top companies of India and across the globe.

Dr. Kamal Ghanshala has done his PhD in computer science and has been serving as the professor of this subject for last thirty years. To this day, he regularly he teaches in his classes.
