Graphic Era’s Fashion show focused on Natural products
Dehradun, Sept 30                              Garment collections made of natural products were highlights of the second day of Fashion show ‘Tasva’, organized at Graphic Era Hill University.
In the Fashion presentation show organized at Graphic Era’s Prof. K. P. Nautiyal Auditorium, Chief guest Celebrity Designer Dr. Sanjanaa Jon said that the designs made by young designers of Graphic Era will not only promote sustainability but will also be helpful in increasing employment opportunities for the localities. She said that these designs are showcasing students’ passion for fashion.
Garments based on the cultures of Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Nagaland and garments made by using old denim jeans and micro modal yarn were showcased in the show.
The Fashion presentation show was organized by Department of Fashion Design. Vice Chancellor Dr. Sanjay Jasola, HoD Dr. Jyoti Chhabra, faculty members and students were present in the show.
