Graphic Era Deemed University, having an excellent records of placements and academics, has achieved a bigger position in the list of top universities of the Central Government. Graphic Era Deemed University has been ranked in the list of 100 best universities in the country for the fourth time in a row in the NIRF ranking of the Central Government. Graphic Era has got 55th rank among first hundred universities in the country. The announcement by central government led to jubiliation in the university campus.
Union Minister of State for Education and External Affairs Rajkumar Ranjan Singh announced the NIRF Ranking 2023 in New Delhi On June 5, 2023. This is the fourth time in a row that Graphic Era Deemed University has secured a place in the list of top 100 universities of the country. No other university of the state has been able to make it to this list four times in a row. In the NIRF Ranking 2023, Graphic Era Deemed University has secured 62nd rank in the country in the field of engineering, 65th position in the management and 89th rank in overall category .
The NAAC, has also given A+ grade to Graphic Era Deemed University. Previously, Times Higher Education, New York has placed Graphic Era Deemed University in the world ranking band of 301 to 400 in the world ranking of engineering education institutes-2023.
Dr. Kamal Ghanshala, Chairman said that being included in the list of top 100 universities of the country for the fourth time in a row is a matter of pride and joy for every teacher, student, alumni and parent of Graphic Era. Incorporating the latest technologies into the curriculum, state-of-the-art laboratories and world-class faculty are the great features of Graphic Era education system. Vice-Chairperson, Graphic Era Group of Institutions Rakhi Ghanshala, Vice-Chancellor, Graphic Era Deemed University Dr. Narpinder Singh, Vice-Chancellor, Graphic Era Hill University Dr. Sanjay Jasola along with senior officials Dr. Rakesh Sharma, Dr. H.N. Nagaraja, Dr. R. Gauri also graced the occasion.
