Foreigners add to the colours of love and harmony on Holi at Graphic Era University

Dehradun, March 26

Foreign students studying in Graphic Era University immersed in the colours of love and harmony on the occasion of Holi festival. Along with thousands of youngsters in the university, students of more than 10 countries celebrated Holi together taking the memories of this festival of love with them forever.

The celebration of Holi festival started in the Graphic Era Deemed University on Monday morning asstudents residing in various hostels who couldn’t go to their homes, officials and faculty members gathered to celebrate the festival of colours. Graphic Era Group of Institutions’ Chairman Dr. Kamal Ghanshala made this day more memorable with colours and by singing songs of Holi.

Students of South Sudan, Niger, Nepal, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Indonesia participated in the Holi celebration with great enthusiasm. For most of the students this was a different kind of experience and they fully submerged in the magic of colours and expressed their joy by dancing to the tunes of Holi songs. Graphic Era Group of Institutions’ Vice Chairperson Rakhi Ghanshala, Pro Chancellor Dr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Graphic Era Hill University’s Vice Chancellor Dr. Sanjay Jasola and faculty members were present during the celebration.
