All seats of MBBS filled for Graphic Era Medical College in the first round of counselling

All seats for the MBBS program at Graphic Era Medical College have been filled in the first round of counselling. The popularity of Graphic Era, which is equipped with ultra modern facilities and renowned specialists, for the first batch of MBBS, reflects its rapidly growing reputation.
As part of Graphic Era Deemed University, the allocation of MBBS seats at Graphic Era Institute of Medical Sciences was done through the Central Counselling of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). In the first round of MCC counselling, all 127 seats at Graphic Era Medical College have been allocated. The MCC has sent a list of selected students for these seats,today. Additionally, out of the 23 NRI quota seats, five have been allocated by MCC.
Only students scoring 322 marks or above have been included in this list. The cut-off score of 322 for the first batch is indicating high enthusiasm among students for taking admission in Graphic Era Medical College and is a proof of its popularity. Before the MCC counselling started, students and their parents from various parts of the country had already started visiting Graphic Era to inspect the facilities provided here.
The list provided by MCC includes students from Uttarakhand, as well as Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Mumbai, Karnataka, Assam, Rajasthan, and other regions of the country.
Dr. Kamal Ghanshala, Chairman of Graphic Era Group of Institutions said that the filling of all seats except the NRI quota in the first round of Central Counselling indicate the expression of enthusiasm towards the college by admission seekers.
He held a meeting with the officials and faculty, stating that just like Graphic Era Deemed University, which has consistently been securing its place among the top 100 universities in the country for five years, medical college would also continue to pursue excellence in the medical field. Dr. Ghanshala also inspected the arrangements done for the first batch.
Dr. Ghanshala said that Graphic Era is adopting the latest medical technologies in the medical field to connect the string of life with trust and is providing the benefit of all government schemes to the common people with excellent facilities. He stated that this was the reason why MBBS students have chosen it as their top preference. Dr. Satish Ghanshala from Graphic Era Educational Society, Dean Dr. Nitin Bansal, Director Dr. Puneet Tyagi, and Medical Superintendent Dr. Amit Verma were also present in the meeting.
