Food packets distributed under ‘No one stays hungry’ campaign of Graphic Era

Under Graphic Era Educational Society’s campaign ‘No one stays hungry’ to ensure that everybody is fed, food packets were distributed in two locations of Clement Town area of Dehradun today.
Under this campaign, food packets were distributed to hundreds of poor families residing in Clement Town’s Society Area and Ogal Bhatta area. In these packets, ration for one family of about seven days including lentils, rice, flour, sugar, tea, oil, and salt, was packed. Elaborating about the social initiative of the Graphic Era Educational Society, Vice Chairperson Rakhi Ghanshala said that to make women independent, several arrangements have also been done to teach them skills s that can be done while staying at home and good results have come out of these initiatives.
She said that Graphic Era by running this campaign is helping people in the form of a social responsibility. Due to continuous rain many people engaging in labour works have been facing livelihood issues. For helping of such people, an extensive campaign is being run which would b extended very soon to Dhoolkot, Mehre ka Gaon and Bansiwala.
During Covid, Graphic Era had started this campaign to provide food to thousands of people for many months and ensured that they never go hungry. After that, this campaign has continued.
