Pithoragarh ‘Hello Help’ online service launched to solve problems of common people, saving fuel

In order to save fuel as well as solve the routine problems of common people residing in interior parts of the district, Pithoragarh District Magistrate Ashish Bhatgai has initiated a new helpline at district level with the start of ‘Hello help’, an online service from today at the district level.
“The helpline, also available in local language, will register people’s problems from interior region of the district, will be sent to concerned department in real time and the process of solution of problem will also be made known to the concerned person,” claimed Ashish Bhatgai, District Magistrate, Pithoragarh.
According to the DM, the start of the helpline will help people from interior places to get solution of their day to problems without visiting the district headquarters saving precious fuel, energy and time.” This step has been taken keeping the rush of people in the district headquarter to register even small problems before concerned office and coming frequently for follow up, mostly in their own vehicles, “said the DM adding that the helpline will inform the complainant at every step of it’s solution.
“We aim to save fuel and environment by reducing the rounds of people from interior parts of the district, which are at an average 100 km distance from district headquarter, getting the solutions of their problems promptly and saving fuel also, “said the DM.
